Beginners Shearing Course

This two day shearing course will enable you to work towards a Blue Seal.  The course will cover all the essentials for a successful shearing season.  This will include health and safety, use of shearing equipment, shearing demonstrations and hands-on practice.  

YFC Members will pay £100.00 (plus VAT)

Hand/Blade Shearing Course

This two day shearing course will enable you to work towards a Blue Seal. The course will cover all the essentials for a successful shearing season. This will include health and safety, use of shearing equipment, shearing demonstrations and hands-on practice.

Wool Handling Training

Wool handling courses are also offered to YFC members for £50.00 (plus VAT).  This is a one day course from a top competitive woolhandler.  Please indicate below to register your interest.

To be eligible for the discount you must be a current member of the Young Farmers’ Club in Wales. This 50% discount offer can be redeemed for the duration of your YFC membership and can be applied for each year by the 31st of March.
