Favourite Club Night Activity:

One of the club’s favourite nights is quiz night. This usually happens early in the calendar so that new members are welcomed and get a taste of the fun right away.

Fundraising accomplishments:

During the year we have held a treasure hunt evening to raise funds for the club and have been stewarding car parking at Glynllifon Christmas Festival.

Your work within the community:

Our members have been stewarding on a Tractor Run around Bethesda, ‘Santa’s Grotto’ at the local Christmas fair, raising awareness of the club at the Ogwen Valley Agricultural Show, and a celebration of 80 years was held at Bethesda Rugby Club; it was a fun evening and really great to see former club members coming back together to reminisce.

Stock Judging.

Welsh is the main language in all the club’s activities.

Any other fun facts or slogans

The past year has been a successful year for us as a club. Dyffryn Ogwen Club won the Eryri Rally for the first time since 1947! Also, our club was very successful in winning our county winter fair for the first time ever!
