Favourite Competitions:

Everyone enjoys all kinds of competitions at the club. We ensure that everyone gets the chance to compete in every competition! We compete in the Field Day, Eisteddfod, Stock Judging, Competition Entertainment, Public Speaking and the Rally annually.

How do you use the Welsh Language:

The language of the club is Welsh. So we discuss in Welsh during the meetings, when we play games and compete with the rest of the County. However, we are an inclusive club, so if members are less confident in Welsh, we ensure that they understand and contribute in English if they want to. As a result we improve the confidence of members who are learners or less confident in using the Welsh language.

Fun Facts:

  • The club is celebrating its 80th year this year
  • In 2015 we came 3rd in the NFYFC English Drama
