Go Red for Heart Month 2025

February is Heart Month and British Heart Foundation (BHF) Cymru are urging Young Farmers Clubs across Wales to help them fight heart and circulatory disease by encouraging you to ‘Go Red’ this February.

February is Heart Month and we’d like to invite you to Go Red any way you can to raise funds for lifesaving research – you can organise a coffee morning, a sponsored walk, a red-themed quiz, maybe a dance-a-thon!

Go Red for Heart Month is all about getting together with your community, as too many of us have felt the pain of heart and circulatory disease.

Currently, there are 340,000 people in Wales living with heart and circulatory diseases, and on average 26 people in Wales are dying every day as a result of a heart condition; which means every day, 26 families in Wales will lose someone special. At BHF Cymru, they are determined to do all they can to save and improve lives, and keep families together for longer.

Join us this February for Heart Month and start planning so that you can promote your activity and collect donations.
